As mentioned in a previous post, LEDES Oversight Committee is participating in LegalOps.com's Running Legal Like a Business conference 3-6 September in Las Vegas, NV at the Fontainebleau Resort & Casino Hotel. LEDES will be participating in the vendor floor with a booth and information on our current initiatives.
Importantly, Adam Jaffe, who leads LEDES IP UTBMS efforts, is helping organize an IP track at the conference. It is great to see RLLB embrace IP in this manner, as many "general" conferences in legal overlook or minimize IP content to attendees.
